It was sensory overload at Jaime Lee Major’s Telstra Perth Fashion Festival runway on Thursday night. There were two unicorns riding skateboards by Perth artist Steven Buckles, an LED rainbow by Huntress and Hound and more embellishments than you can image. As you can imagine, it was an amazing sight to behold.
The show was sophisticated, the perfect beginning to Vietnamese designer Phuong My’s runway debut at Telstra Perth Fashion Festival.
French tunes set the scene at Empire Rose runway on Wednesday night. The packed venue was in for a treat as the second night of Telstra Perth Fashion Festival began.

I spoke to co-founders of the brand Convict, Karen Adie and Georgina Lewis, about their love for Australia, the raw outback and mutual love of handbags.
Telstra Perth Fashion Festival 2015 launched yesterday with a beautiful morning tea at the revamped Flour Factory.
Running from September 15 to 20, this year's programme looks to be an amazing one. With tickets being released today at 9am, these are my top picks.
Akira Isogawa’s show at Telstra Perth Fashion Festival last night was incredible. Having been a fan of Akira’s work for many years, I was expecting an amazing show, however I was blown away by how beautiful it was and how emotional it made me feel. Many of the audience members I spoke to felt the same way.
