The Valentino Pantsuit
The vintage suit that is perfect for winter.
When it comes daring outfits, I am always one to encourage others to take the plunge. Yet, it is challenging walking out the door in an outfit that you know looks great but you don't quite feel comfortable in. That is the exact reason it has taken me a while to post about this Valentino pantsuit.
I first wrote about the Valentino jacket here. But wearing the jacket together with the matching wide leg pants takes more courage. As the cold spell finally hit Melbourne last week, I decided it was time to give the suit the attention it deserves. And what's more perfect for winter than a cashmere pantsuit with fur lined collar and cuffs. It is a slice out of the 1970s that I love, with the slight flare in the leg and the cinched in waist. Wearing this outfit made me feel great. It was well worth taking the initial plunge.
Challenge yourself this week and wear an outfit that takes a little more courage. Come on, I dare you...
