Give Thanks With Thankyou
This time of the year is easy to get caught up in the Christmas shopping frenzy. Advertising is everywhere telling us what pretty items to gift others and ourselves.
This Christmas I've attempted to buy well, purchasing gifts that are loved as well as useful to the receiver. Thankyou came to mind as the perfect gifts. Not only are they practical but 100% of the profits fund projects in disadvantaged areas. Everybody wins!
I've been using thankyou products for over a year now. I am a fan of their raison d'être. They're a social enterprise that exists 100% to fund life-changing projects.
Thankyou's story began in 2008. Co-founders Daniel Flynn, Justine Flynn and Jarryd Burns created a bottled water brand in response to the World Water Crisis. Over 900 million people didn't have access to safe drinking water on a daily basis, yet the Australian bottled water industry is estimated to be worth $600 million a year. Thankyou's impact? Profits from every bottle of thankyou water sold fund water projects in developing countries.
Thankyou now produce 34 products in its range. Including toiletries, muesli bars and baby products sold at Woolworths, Coles and Baby Bunting. Every product helps provide for those in need.
The toiletries fund access to hygiene and sanitation programs. Muesli bars and cereal aid food programs. Baby bath range fund child and maternal health programs. Not only do these products give back, they are fantastic in their own right because they contain no nasties such as SLS, SLES, EDTA, Palm oil, Parabens.
Do your bit and give thanks this Christmas with thankyou.
Thankyou baby range products provided by thankyou. However, all comments and opinions are my own.
