Luxury womenswear brand ELLERY has collaborated with Specsavers to create a collection of fourteen optical glasses and six prescription sunglasses. The eyewear collection incorporates the sophisticated signature style Kym Ellery is known for, at a surprisingly affordable price (two complete pairs for $199).
The ELLERY collection has been designed with style, wearability and quality in mind. With a touch of retro edge, Kym has included playful twists on the modern cat's eye, oversized square and round shapes. The use of rich colours and textures including marbled charcoal, tortoiseshell, cobalt blue, bottled green and brushed gold make this collection classic, yet modern and avant-garde - the true ELLERY aesthetic.

When I first saw the ELLERY eyewear collection campaign, fronted by iconic supermodel Gemma Ward, I knew it was time to upgrade my glasses for stylish reasons as well as practical ones. My last pair of glasses were from eleven years ago, I was embarrassed to wear them, only bringing them out for night driving.
I ventured into my local Specsavers in Victoria Gardens for an eye exam and to pick out my ELLERY frames. The service was excellent and the process was simple and painless. I chose a pair of tortoiseshell optical frames and a bold oversized pair of mottled sunglasses. These glasses and sunglasses have added dimension to my style, bringing a sartorial layer to my outfit as well as being entirely practical.
