On Tuesday, Perth bloggers were invited to discover, drink and taste the very best of The Flour Factory.
Taking over the old Venn space, The Flour Factory is the new venture for hospitality king Andy Freeman and business partner Sam Astbury. It has been a big few years for the pair opening Varnish On King in July 2013 and Darlings Supper Club this year.
There will be exciting changes to come over the next year with the transformation of the new space. Freeman and his team will bring The Flour Factory back to its roots, milling their own flour for their pizzas, creating an intimate rooftop sherry bar and extending the bar area through to where the retail space is currently.
With talented chef Matt Carulei in the kitchen, ex-head pastry chef of Vue de Monde, Brendan Owen taking up post as head pastry chef and resident mixologist Simon Hough, The Flour Factory is in great hands. Make sure you check out this amazing space, the perfect place for any occasion.
