Have a D+ Cup Size? This Post is For You
When it comes to women with a D+ cup size, stylish swimwear in the past has been slim pickings. Now Australian swimwear brand The Fold has come on the scene and revolutionised everything.
Elegant, sleek, beautifully made and supportive, The Fold has created their first collection of swimwear designed especially for us larger busted females (I wear a 10D). Taking over three years to develop, using, The Fold uses lingerie sizing and construction techniques to form the base of every design. Their tight capsule collection consists of three top styles, three bottoms styles and a one-piece aptly named - The One. Tops and bottoms are sold separately, making it easier for you to curate your own set and select the size specific for your body.
Their swimwear is not only doing great things for women, The Fold also does great things for society and the environment. They support The National Breast Cancer Foundation by donating $1 of each sale to the charity. 78% of their Italian fabric is recycled from waste materials, which is transformed back into virgin raw material. Their packaging also uses recycled materials to make sure The Fold swim is the only thing that makes it into the ocean.
I have been searching for a low back black one-piece for a few summers so I was excited when discovering The Fold's The One. Flattering around the bust, it has a beautiful low back and somehow manages to cinch in at the stomach area. I purchased the 8DD because my usual size of 10D was not available for a few months. And I was dying to get my hands on the piece to wear this summer. The 8DD is reasonably firm on my body yet still comfortable, the underwire cups fit and the swimsuit creates a beautiful line. Next I want to try their two-piece, a girl can never have too many pairs of bathers.
